Checking fiber by national address is a step before comparing package prices. A covered neighborhood does not by itself establish that a particular apartment is ready for activation. A distribution box on the building is useful information, but the provider still needs to confirm service eligibility and installation details.
Prepare the correct address
Use the address of the building where service is required, not an old address saved on your phone. Check the building and unit information. If selecting a map pin, make sure it points to the intended property. Device location can drift indoors and does not automatically identify an apartment number.
Start with official coverage tools
CST provides coverage maps, and operators have their own checking tools. Review the location and keep a note of the result and date. Treat this as a starting point rather than a guaranteed installation appointment. If tools disagree, request an address-specific review from the provider.
Use the building plate where requested
Some fiber enquiries require distribution-box or plate details. Copy the information accurately or take a clear photo without opening or altering the box. Avoid including unrelated resident information. The plate identifies infrastructure; it does not guarantee every offer or an immediate activation date.
Review practical installation access
The installer may need access to shared service areas, a cable route and an agreed location for equipment. Coordinate with the landlord or building management where permission is required. Ask which internal work is included and what additional preparation or charges might apply. The easiest entry point may not be the best Wi-Fi location.
If service appears unavailable
Recheck the address before drawing a conclusion. Ask whether plate information or a manual review can clarify the result. If fiber is unavailable, assess wireless alternatives against coverage, commitment and installation needs. Do not rely on an unconfirmed promise that fiber will arrive by a particular date.
Share information in stages
An initial coverage enquiry does not need to become a public exchange of identity documents. Provide the address details needed for the check, then review the formal request process separately. The guide's identity-image upload is optional, and location sharing requires browser permission. Never send account passwords or verification codes to a representative.
Before an appointment, confirm the address, eligibility, access arrangements, equipment location, price, VAT and commitment. Keep the request number and official follow-up channel. Mobily and STC currently have no offers listed through this guide; their offers will be added later when available. No unavailable package should be treated as a confirmed offer.
